About the Film
PLAINS is a short dance film composed of seven songs from singer/songwriter Jessica Rotter’s debut album duly titled Plains. Spoken entirely through movement and music, PLAINS takes the audience on a visual journey comprised of six alluring chapters, purposefully connected and intertwined, caught somewhere between reality and a dream.
